A quick note regarding requesting my OCs in commissions

Please note that while I love when people want my OCs in their commissions, not all my OCs are a free-for-all in terms of both kinks and sexual partners. Any commission request using my OCs that I'm not comfortable with will be declined. Please ask before hand if you are unsure.

Commission Process:

Things to note on how I handle my commissions

  • Contact for placing commission requests is made via the Google Form only, questions regarding commissions are made by email

  • Discord DMs are also acceptable for commission queries if you are able to (Friend or shared server), please note I do not accept unsolicited Discord friend requests

  • No other method of contact will be acknowledged or accepted outside the above mentioned methods (e.g. Twitter DMs)

  • I run limited slots per batch and average a few commissions a month, as a result expect a wait until your slot is ready

  • Please do not repeatedly ask me about your position in the queue or complain about not getting a slot, doing so will result in a ban

  • Pictures can take anywhere from 3-7 days depending on complexity and personal availability, while I try to finish your picture in that time, please allow up to 30 working days.

  • I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason

The Process:

Placing a request

  1. I will announce that I have commission slots available, this will be done via my online art profiles and on my discord server

  2. Submit your request via the Google Form

  3. At a later point in time I will review all commission requests, approving or rejecting them.

  4. I will contact those that were approved until I have all slots confirmed. Slots are chosen via informal process based on interest in idea and personal capability. This is not an exact science and is done to best benefit my workload and working health.

  5. If you idea was approved but not chosen for a slot, I will make note of your attempt, each consecutive attempt made will be considered next time and increase your chance at being accepted.

  6. Ideas that were rejected will not count for consecutive attempts, please contact me if you are unsure about your idea! Possible reasons for rejection are:

  • Lack of interest in idea/characters/kink

  • OCs being used OOC/in a way I dislike

  • Too many Alts requested

  • Not enough/No references provided

  • Idea too complicated/outside perceived skillset/too grand in scope/will take too long

  • Lack of detail/Idea too vague

  • Didn't fill commission sheet properly

Doing your commission

  1. I will contact you when your slot is up and I am able to start work on your commission, failure to respond within 24 hours will result in your slot being pushed back or cancelled

  2. We will discuss the commission's more specific details, then I will produce a rough sketch

  3. Once the rest of the commission has been agreed upon, a price will then be discussed, agreed upon and an invoice sent.

  4. Once your invoice is paid, I will begin work on your commission. During this time, you are welcome to enquire about the current progress where I'll respond at my earliest convenience

  5. Once the commission is complete, I will send a final rough version for your approval. If there are no more minor details to fix, the final image will be sent to you.

!!! Additional Important Details !!!

  • Please make sure you are ABSOLUTELY sure you have given me all the required details for me to complete your commission

  • Minor details, errors and changes will be fixed at no extra charge for the first revision (Please make sure you let me know about ALL minor changes you need making at that moment in time)

  • Major 'last moment' changes or 'forgotten' details will carry a minimum 20% charge to be paid upfront before fixing

  • Changing major parts of the commission midway during the process will also carry the same charge

  • There are NO REFUNDS once the commission has been started, unless I am unable to finish the commission
